In what appears to be his first response after his suspension, Aam Aadmi Occasion chief Raghav Chadha launched himself as “suspended Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha” and clarified that he had not solid any signatures.
“Namaskar, I’m suspended Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha. Sure, I’ve been suspended from the Rajya Sabha as we speak. What was my crime?”
Clarifying the “forgery” allegation levelled towards him, the AAP chief mentioned he had not solid or taken any signatures from any MPs.

“Individuals from the BJP are saying I submitted some MPs’ signatures. I wish to inform you the reality. Any parliamentarian has the proper to appoint names for a committee. Which means that I can suggest names for a choose committee. I don’t want an MP’s written consent or signature to take action. You simply have to provide the names. If any MP has an objection, they’ll withdraw their title. We have now not submitted any signatures,” the AAP chief mentioned.
“The allegation is only a manner for them to throw mud at me and tarnish my repute. I wish to inform you I’m not afraid of those challenges, I’ll preserve combating,” the suspended MP mentioned.
Chadha was suspended from the Rajya Sabha on Friday for “breach of privilege” after 4 MPs alleged that he had violated guidelines by naming them in a Home panel with out their consent.
The Rajya Sabha handed a decision moved by chief of the Home Piyush Goyal to droop Chadha until the privileges committee submits its findings.
Goyal slammed the “unethical conduct” of the AAP chief, and known as it an “outrageous disregard of the principles”.
