BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 15. A ban on
the sale of medicines not included within the state register is being
launched in Azerbaijan, Pattern studies.
That is mirrored within the modification to the legislation “On
Medicines” authorised by the decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
Based on the decree, the wholesale and retail sale
of medicines not included within the state register is prohibited on
the territory of the nation, aside from medicines

6.5.8.
Azerbaijan’s Cupboard of Ministers should, inside a
four-month interval, in coordination with the President of the
Republic of Azerbaijan, approve the foundations for state registration of
