Moscow: Russia’s moon mission failed after its Luna-25 spacecraft spun uncontrolled and smashed into the moon, Reuters reported on Sunday.
Russia’s state house company, Roskosmos, in keeping with the Reuters report, mentioned it had misplaced contact with the spacecraft shortly after an issue occurred because it was shunted into pre-landing orbit on Saturday.
