(b) It shall be illegal for any individual employed by or related to any enterprise

(c) It shall be illegal for any individual to conspire or endeavor to violate any of the provisions of subsection (a) or (b) of this Code part. An individual violates this subsection when:

1. O.C.G.A. § 16-9-1: Forgery; classification of forgery offenses
(a) As used on this Code part, the time period:
