Seven companies in Sengkurong fined for public obstruction

Seven firms in Mukim Sengkurong had been fined for obstructing public walkways, driveways, parking area and landscapes, mentioned the City and Nation Planning (TCP) Division.

4 firms violated the TCP (Composition of Offences) Laws 2018 and had been issued compound fines for his or her first offence and three firms for his or her second offence, mentioned the TCP. The businesses got seven days to settle the fines.

Enterprise house owners and the general public are reminded to adjust to the planning legal guidelines by acquiring permission for any growth and use of land. – Azlan Othman
