The ‘Day of Motion’ was celebrated by youths on Sunday to mark the Worldwide Volunteer Day 2023 themed ‘If Everybody Did – Volunteer Work, If Everybody Does It’, which can run by way of January 31, 2024.
The Worldwide Volunteer Day is marked worldwide each December 5 to advertise youth volunteerism and peace advocacy
The occasion held on the Youth Hub, Stadium Negara Hassanal Bolkiah, Berakas was attended by visitor of honour Pehin Datu Lailaraja Main Normal (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister on the Prime Minister’s Workplace and Minister of Defence II.
Additionally current was Minister of Tradition, Youth and Sports activities Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad and senior officers from the ministry and the Ministry of Growth.
