CHANDIGARH:  Farmers and khaps panchayat chief underneath aegis Samyukta Kisan Morcha of Haryana convened a panchayat at Uchana in Jind district yesterday and demanded the discharge of Neelam Verma arrested by the Delhi Police underneath the UAPA within the Parliament safety breach incident.
