MUSCAT: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on Monday confirmed that not one of the nationwide airways in Oman is working any of the Boeing 737- MAX 9 plane, affected by the technical malfunction that occurred on a Boeing 737- MAX 9 aircraft operated by an American firm on January 6, 2024.

On Sunday, United States launched an investigation relating to the mid-flight detonation of a bit of the brand new Boeing 737 MAX 9.
“Precautionary measures have been taken by the CAA together with coordination with Boeing confirming the incidence affiliation with this plane kind which isn’t utilized by Omani registered operators,” CAA added within the assertion.
