Financial institution Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) launched its Ramadhan Eco-Bazaar at BIBD Connects, Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas yesterday, selling a first-of-its-kind go cashless and no plastic bag market place. The bazaar can be held till April 7.
Minister on the Prime Minister’s Workplace and Minister of Finance and Financial system II Dato Seri Setia Dr Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew bin Abdullah because the BIBD Chairman and Minister of Dwelling Affairs Dato Seri Setia Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman officiated the launch.
BIBD Managing Director and Chief Government Officer Junaidi bin Haji Masri was additionally in attendance.
The bazaar is supported by the Ministry of Dwelling Affairs, Brunei Darussalam Nationwide Council on Local weather Change, Division of Surroundings, Parks and Recreation (JASTRe) below the Ministry of Improvement, non-governmental organisation Zero Waste and BioField.
