The Youth Spiritual Programme Secretariat, Islamic Da’wah Centre (PDI) on the Ministry of Spiritual Affairs and Asy-Syahadah Muallaf Youth collaborated with Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah and the Brunei-China Friendship Affiliation in organising the Iftar Mahabbah programme on the Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah in Kampong Kiarong yesterday on Saturday.
The programme started with welcoming remarks and a briefing on Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah by Asy-Syahadah Muallaf Youth, adopted with a tour of the mosque.
Muhammad Alimin bin Abd Wahid led the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa to mark the beginning of the Iftar Mahabbah programme.
In the meantime, Qari champion of the Al-Quran studying competitors for Converts Nationwide 2022 Muhammad Saiful Dafi bin Muhammad Suhaimi @ Suanddy bin Suhaimi proceeded with the recitation of Al-Quran verses. Youth Da’ie volunteer for the Youth Spiritual Programme at PDI Nabilah Lutfi Inshira binti Abdul Samad learn the essence of the verses.
The occasion adopted with welcoming remarks from Brunei-China Friendship Affiliation President Dr Muhammad Firdaus bin Abdul Rahman, a presentation on ‘Understanding of Fasting in Chinese language language’ by particular grade clerk at PDI Siti Nur Jasmin Kim binti Abdullah and concluded with the breaking of quick and mass Maghrib prayer.
