The Sindh Excise and Taxation Division has prolonged the deadline for changing the prevailing quantity plate with an Ajrak-designed quantity plate to December 31, said a notification on Friday.
The provincial authorities had earlier set October 31 because the deadline for changing outdated quantity plates with Ajrak-themed quantity plates.
“The federal government of Sindh is happy to increase the timeline for alternative of present quantity plates with new security-featured quantity plates to December 31, 2025, as a substitute of October 31, 2025,” said the notification issued by Sindh’s Excise Division.
