The Supreme Court docket has mounted the listening to of Advocate Imaan Mazari’s petition for tomorrow. A 3-member bench led by Justice Hashim Kakar will take up the case, with Justice Salahuddin Panhwar and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim serving as the opposite members of the bench.
Imaan Zainab Mazari, daughter of former federal minister Shireen Mazari, approached the Supreme Court docket to problem the proceedings initiated by the trial court docket.
