President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the
related decree.
In keeping with the decree, the Administration of the President of
Azerbaijan should coordinate and monitor the implementation of the
measures supplied for within the Motion Plan permitted by Half 1 of this
decree.
The Cupboard of Ministers of Azerbaijan should resolve the problems
arising from this decree.
