Crime rate declining in Punjab due to effective strategy: Azma Bukhari

The federal government of Punjab has recorded a big decline in crime charges, Info Minister Azma Bukhari mentioned on Friday, attributing the advance to the provincial authorities’s technique.

In a press release, Bukhari mentioned the discount in crime had been made attainable by means of the insurance policies launched below the management of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

She mentioned the Crime Management Division (CCD) and the Punjab Police had performed a key position in curbing felony actions throughout the province.

In line with the minister, even minor day-to-day crimes have declined in lots of districts of Punjab. She added that, in view of the rising public confidence within the CCD, the chief minister has determined to additional strengthen the division and develop it right into a premier law-enforcement company.

Bukhari mentioned the regulation and order state of affairs within the province was steadily bettering and up to date crime statistics had been encouraging.

She additional emphasised that guaranteeing the safety of ladies remained the chief minister’s high precedence and a “purple line” for the federal government.
