 Showers or thundershowers could happen at a number of locations in Northern, North-Central, Jap and Uva provinces in the course of the afternoon or evening.

Showers could happen in North-western province and in Mannar and Jaffna districts in the course of the morning.

A number of spells of showers are seemingly in Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces and in Galle and Matara districts.

Normal public is kindly requested to take sufficient precautions to attenuate damages brought on by short-term localized sturdy winds and lightning throughout thundershowers.
