GULF OF ADEN, Feb. 7 — The forty second and forty third Chinese language naval escort taskforces held a rotation ceremony within the Gulf of Aden on February 5. This marks that the forty third Chinese language naval escort taskforce formally took over the escort mission within the Gulf of Aden and waters off Somalia from the forty second taskforce.
It’s learnt that the forty third taskforce consists of the guided-missile destroyer Nanning, the guided-missile frigate Sanya and the great provide ship Weishanhu.
