The Lebanese military declared a state of ‘most alert’ on Thursday in response to Israeli threats to forcibly take away a tent erected alongside the southern border, the Lebanese Nationwide Information Company reported.
“The Lebanese military items have deployed their navy autos within the southern Litani space,” the Company reported.
In keeping with the Company, the state of most alert was declared “in response to the Israeli threats to forcibly take away a tent that had been erected alongside the border (…) in southern Lebanon.”

The United Nations Interim Pressure in Lebanon (UNIFIL) working in southern Lebanon reportedly quoted the Israeli patrol as saying that “the tent is concentrated inside Israeli territory and it should be eliminated by the involved authorities.”
