The Congress-ruled state of Chattisgarh survived a no-confidence movement moved by the BJP on the final day of the Monsoon session of the state meeting.
The no-trust vote was defeated by a voice vote within the state meeting shortly after 1 am following a 13-hour debate.
Congress has 71 members within the 90-member meeting and BJP has 13 MLAs within the Home.
The Home witnessed a high-voltage, late-night political chaos after the Opposition in Chattisgarh accused Congress of scams, non-fulfillment of its ballot guarantees and deteriorating legislation and order scenario.

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel stated that the Opposition’s chargesheet lacked proof and info and that by bringing it up within the Home, the BJP gave a possibility to the federal government to spotlight its achievements within the meeting.
