Solar Information Desk : Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) Unit of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) detained 13 folks after a raid at a home in Moulvibazar on Saturday.

Mohammad Asaduzzaman, the Chief of CTTC unit, stated they detained 13 folks after conducting a raid at militant hideout at Jugitila village in Kormodha union. 4 males, six girls and three youngsters are among the many detainees.
The detainees are recognized as Hafiz Ullah, 25, of Kishoreganj, Rafiul Islam, 22, of Sirajganj, Maisha Islam, 20, of Natore, Sanjida Khatun, 18, of Bogura, Shariful Islam, 40, Amina Begum, 40 and Habiba Binte Shafiqul, 20, of Satkhira, Shapla Begum, 22 and 18-month-old Jubeda and Hujaifa, 6, of Pabna, Khairul Islam, 22, Meghna, 17 and 12-month-old Abida, of Narayanganj.

The CTTC Chief stated three kilograms explosives and 50 detonators have been recovered from their possession.
