President Dr Arif Alvi on Tuesday has authorized the appointment of Justice Mohammad Ibrahim Khan because the Chief Justice of Peshawar Excessive Courtroom.
The president accorded his approval to the appointment of CJ Peshawar Excessive Courtroom beneath Article 175 A (13) of the Structure and on the recommendation of the prime minister, President Secretariat Press Wing mentioned on Tuesday.
Justice Mohammad Ibrahim Khan, the senior Puisne Decide, has been working as Performing CJ Peshawar Excessive Courtroom.
Earlier on June 15, Judicial Fee of Pakistan (JCP) authorized the elevation of Peshawar Excessive Courtroom (PHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Justice Musarrat Hilali to the Supreme Courtroom.
On July 7, Justice Mussarat Hilali took oath as a Supreme Courtroom decide, turning into the second girl to be elevated to the apex courtroom after Justice Ayesha Malik.
