Azerbaijan’s Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsperson) Sabina Aliyeva on Friday met with David Babayan, a former Artsakh overseas minister held by Baku, the Azerbaijani media reported.
He has been charged with “getting ready and waging a warfare of aggression” in opposition to Azerbaijan.
Babayan introduced on September 28 that he was handing himself over to the Azerbaijani legislation enforcement authorities.
“You all know that I’m included within the blacklist of Azerbaijan, and the Azerbaijani facet demanded my arrival in Baku for an acceptable investigation. This determination will naturally trigger nice ache, nervousness and stress, primarily to my family members, however I’m positive they are going to perceive,” he wrote on Fb.
