PM Ismail Sabri thanks Umno top council for choosing him to lead again in GE15 | Malaysia

PUTRAJAYA, April 15 ― Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has thanked his celebration for nominating him because the prime minister candidate for the fifteenth common election (GE15).

The Umno Supreme Council (MT) chaired by its president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi yesterday (April 14) unanimously proposed Ismail Sabri because the prime ministerial candidate in GE15.

“I want to thank the celebration president (Ahmad Zahid), deputy president (Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan), Prime 5 and all MT members for unanimously supporting me because the prime minister candidate if Barisan Nasional wins the GE15,” stated the ninth prime minister.

Met by the media after on the launch of Koperasi Pudina Putrajaya Bhd Coopmart and Coop Group Mart right here at this time, Ismail Sabri stated the choice made by MT Umno clearly confirmed that the celebration remained united.

“Though there are numerous events (saying) there are teams and so forth in Umno, yesterday’s choice clearly exhibits that what was stated just isn’t true as a result of Umno continues to be sturdy, its solidarity can be sturdy. There is no such thing as a camp in Umno,” he stated.
