Two brothers have been arrested after an assault on an ambulance crew in Yerevan final evening, police reported.
The incident occurred at a constructing on Gurgen Mahari Avenue in Yerevan’s Vardashen neighborhood.
Patrol cops rushed to the scene following a report by the ambulance driver at 3:40am.
The driving force stated he managed to flee when the affected person’s sons, aged 34 and 38, attacked the crew, wielding knives and shouting swear phrases at them.
The lads have been arrested and brought to the Erebuni police station.
A legal probe into the incident is underway.
