Twenty-second loss of life anniversary of famend Urdu poet, author and editor Sehba Lakhnavi is being noticed in the present day (Saturday).
Sehba Lakhnavi, whose actual title was Syed Sharaft Ali, was born on twenty fifth December 1919 in Bhopal state.
After the institution of Pakistan, he settled in Karachi and began Afkar journal in 1951 that was revealed constantly for 57 years with none interruption.
Sehba Lakhnavi’s poetry collections had been revealed below the names of Mah Paray and Zir Asman, whereas her prose books included Meray Khwabon ki Sarzameen, Iqbal Aur Bhopal, Majaz Aik Ahang, Armaghan e Majnu, Rais Amrohavi Enjoyable O Shaksiat and Manto Aik Kitab.
