MOSCOW, Sept 16 (Reuters) – Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev instructed Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday {that a} border battle between Azerbaijan and Armenia this week had “stabilised”, and a ceasefire had been in place for the final two days.
