Timor Leste invited to join the Convention on Cybercrime

On 6 October, Timor Leste was invited to accede to the Budapest Conference on Cybercrime. Following up on this, the Cybercrime Programme Workplace of the Council of Europe held a web-based assembly on 24 October with the Directorate of Laws of the Ministry of Justice of Timor Leste. It was agreed that the Council of Europe and the Ministry would carefully cooperate with one another to assist deliver the home authorized framework in step with the provisions of this treaty with a purpose to allow Timor Leste to grow to be a celebration.
