Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has urged for de-escalation and mutual respect between political actors and state establishments, expressing disappointment over the Inter-Companies Public Relations (ISPR) director basic’s latest press convention.

Hours earlier, ISPR Director Basic Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry had launched a scathing assault on PTI founder Imran Khan and his social gathering, accusing them of spreading “anti-army rhetoric” and focusing on the armed forces.

PTI has demonstrated its dedication to the nation and can proceed to take action.”

Gohar referred to as on all sides to acknowledge one another, create area for dialogue, and work to rebuild belief. He warned that actions by non-stakeholders mustn’t worsen tensions between PTI and state establishments.
