Below the Regulation on Amendments to the Tax Code authorised by
President Ilham Aliyev, for taxation functions, the worth of the
property of enterprises and particular person entrepreneurs working in
the fields of training, healthcare, tradition, and sports activities is diminished
by 75 % solely in respect of fastened property utilized by them for
their designated functions in these fields.
