The Chittoor district police on Saturday reunited an aged girl, who was present in a disturbed psychological state, along with her members of the family from Kurnool district.
The lady, a resident of Acharya Nagar in Kurnool, was discovered roaming in Chittoor city for the final week. Ladies police personnel, on data from the general public, organized a brief shelter for her on the Ammaodi Ashram within the metropolis.
Police officers gathered her private particulars by way of fingerprints and verified her id, resulting in the tracing of her residential deal with in Kurnool. Her members of the family had been contacted and requested to come back to Chittoor. After confirming the required paperwork and finishing formalities, the girl was handed over to her members of the family.
