Manama, Jan. 6 (BNA): The Board of Trustees of the Judicial and Authorized Research Institute held its twenty sixth assembly below the chairmanship of Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council and President of the Courtroom of Cassation. 

 

The assembly was attended by Dr. Ali bin Fadhl Al Buainain, Lawyer Normal; Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments; Counselor Nawaf Abdullah Hamza, President of the Laws and Authorized Opinion Fee; Choose Isa Sami Al Mannai, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments; Dr. Fouad Mohammed Al Ansari, President of the College of Bahrain; Salah Ahmed Al Medfaa, President of the Bahraini Bar Society; Dr. Khaled Serry Seyam, President of the Institute; and Choose Dr. Riyadh Mohammed Siyadi, Director of the Institute.

 

Throughout the assembly, the Board reviewed the Institute’s key achievements in 2025, monitored the implementation of earlier selections, examined coaching and monetary efficiency experiences, and mentioned institutional improvement initiatives and future work plans aimed toward enhancing judicial and authorized coaching, supporting entry to justice, and strengthening public confidence, in keeping with the Authorities Plan and Bahrain Financial Imaginative and prescient 2030.

 

Shaikh Khalid bin Ali stated that the Institute’s achievements replicate institutional improvement, expanded coaching programmes, and funding in judicial human capital, contributing to the rule of regulation and reinforcing judges’ skilled abilities.

 

The Board reviewed the 2025 annual report, which documented 128 coaching programmes totaling 1,388 hours, benefiting roughly 3,903 members together with judges, prosecutors, attorneys, authorized researchers, and practitioners. Programmes included core, steady, and consciousness initiatives, with a give attention to skilled abilities and integrating regulation with trendy know-how.

 

Dr. Al Buainain highlighted the Institute’s function in advancing authorized and judicial improvement and famous its regional and worldwide collaborations in coaching judicial employees.

 

Minister Al Maawda recommended the Institute’s central function in supporting the justice system, noting that judicial and authorized coaching is essential for enhancing efficiency, protecting tempo with legislative developments, and enhancing service high quality.

 

The Board additionally mentioned improvement initiatives through the yr, together with specialised programmes, authorized coaching for the deaf, information safety programs, HR supervisor coaching with the the Monetary Disclosures’ Examination Authority, and joint programmes with Youth Metropolis, emphasising societal inclusivity and alignment with sector wants.

 

Dr. Khaled Seyam famous that the 2025 achievements had been supported by the Board, the Ministry, and partnerships with nationwide and worldwide establishments, reinforcing the Institute’s function as a nationwide reference centre for judicial research.
