Mumbai: India’s defence expertise sector is rising as a key driver of formal, future-ready jobs, with hiring almost doubling over the previous three years from about 3,500 roles in 2022 to round 7,000 now, a report mentioned on Wednesday.

Defence tech hiring in India has almost doubled over the previous three years, rising from round 3,500 roles in 2022 to almost 7,000 within the present interval, with near 60 per cent of talent demand now concentrated in radar, RF and safe communication applied sciences, human assets options supplier CIEL HR Providers mentioned in a report.
