
MANILA, Philippines — James Jimenez, former Fee on Elections (Comelec) spokesperson, died on Wednesday. He was 52. Jimenez was cited by the Comelec in a press release because the “longest-serving and youngest spokesperson” within the authorities on the time of his appointment.
