MANILA, Philippines — The shear line is forecast to deliver heavy rainfall within the japanese part of Southern Luzon and Visayas on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Companies Administration (Pagasa) stated. In its 5 a.m. bulletin, Pagasa warned of fifty to 100 millimeters of rain as a result of shear line in Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate, Samar, Northern Samar and Jap Samar. The shear line can even deliver scattered rains and thunderstorms to the remainder of Visayas, the remainder of Bicol Area, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon.
