BENGALURU : Following the advice from a govt-appointed knowledgeable committee, the Karnataka cupboard has given approval for the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches to be held on the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar mentioned that the suggestions of the Justice John Michael D’Cunha Report will likely be applied, with strict adherence to norms on ticketing, crowd regulation, and stadium entry.

Earlier, Karnataka Minister Ramalinga Reddy on Thursday confirmed that the state cupboard had cleared the KSCA to host the IPL on the iconic stadium, following the suggestions of the Cunha report, which embody a most crowd capability of 35,000 and different security tips.
