Eid Al Fitr in Oman is prone to be celebrated on March 20 (Friday) as per astronomical calculations. This joyous event marks the tip of the fasting month of Ramadhan, and Omanis predict a five-day vacation to bask in festivities and spend high quality time with family members.

“The crescent moon is anticipated to be sighted on the night of Thursday (March 19), which might verify Eid Al Fitr on Friday (March 20),” stated Board Member of Oman Area and Astronomical Society Abdulwahab al Busaidy.

“This 12 months will probably be a lot simpler for astronomers all over the world to know when Eid Al Fitr will fall. The moon will probably be simply seen on Thursday (March 19) the world over.
