SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — The Aboitiz-owned Davao Gentle and Energy Co. Inc (DLPC) has welcomed a Supreme Courtroom (SC ) ruling dismissing petitions filed by the Northern Davao Electrical Cooperative Inc. (NORDECO) questioning the constitutionality of Republic Act No. 12144, the legislation increasing the utility agency’s franchise in components of the Davao Area.
