Chief of Defence Forces and Chief of Military Employees Subject Marshal Asim Munir met Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Sultan in Riyadh, the place the 2 sides mentioned defence cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in addition to the regional safety scenario.

The assembly was additionally attended by Fayyadh bin Hamed Al Ruwaili, Chief of Normal Employees of the Saudi Armed Forces, and Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif, adviser to the Saudi defence minister on intelligence affairs.

The Pakistani delegation included Brigadier Muhammad Javed Tariq.

Saudi Arabia and Pakistan signed a “Strategic Mutual Defence Settlement” in September, pledging that aggression towards one nation can be handled as an assault on each.

Individually, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif, the Saudi inside minister, obtained a name from Pakistan’s Inside Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who condemned the blatant assaults focusing on the Kingdom and affirmed Islamabad’s solidarity in confronting any threats to the Kingdom’s safety and stability, the Saudi Press Company reported on Saturday.
