The Federal Ministry of Training and Skilled Coaching has set a goal to enroll 25,000 out-of-school youngsters (OOSC) in Islamabad Capital Territory throughout the subsequent three months as a part of a 3-year rolling plan to enroll all out-of-school youngsters.
