The Israeli army stated on Tuesday it was ready for weeks extra preventing, after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu introduced that the battle with Iran was past the midway level.
Netanyahu advised the conservative US broadcaster Newsmax on Monday that the battle was “undoubtedly past the midway level,” however declined to offer a timeframe.
He added that the midway level referred to missions, “not essentially by way of time.”
When requested for the army’s stance at a web-based media briefing, spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Nadav Shoshani stated selections on timing belonged to the political echelon. “We’re ready to maintain working for weeks to return,” he advised journalists.
“Now we have the targets for that, the munition for that, the manpower for that. And it is as much as… the management to determine that,” he added.
