Rescuers are digging by rubble after a brand new wave of Israeli strikes throughout southern Lebanon killed no less than 13 individuals. The assaults hit a number of cities within the Tyre and Nabatieh districts. The dying toll from Israeli assaults in Lebanon climbs above 2,000.
