KARACHI – Chairperson of the Benazir Revenue Assist Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid, met with Deputy Governor of the State Financial institution of Pakistan (SBP), Saleemullah, on Wednesday to debate measures geared toward bettering the cost system for BISP beneficiaries. The assembly centered on enhancing the effectiveness, transparency, and ease of funds. Either side held detailed discussions on introducing interoperability within the cost mechanism, enabling benefi-ciary ladies to decide on any financial institution of their comfort for receiving funds. Issues associated to facilitating beneficiaries have been additionally deliberated upon through the assembly. The partic-ipants agreed on additional strengthening the cost system to make it extra clear, safe, and accessible. The State Financial institution staff assured full cooperation with BISP and emphasised that joint efforts can be undertaken to offer improved companies to beneficiaries.
