SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — Round 40,000 households in Agusan del Sur under the official poverty threshold and consuming as much as 50 kilowatt-hours (kWh) per thirty days will take pleasure in free electrical energy beginning with their March billing, beneath the newly established Uniform Nationwide Lifeline Subsidy Charge (UNLSR) program.
