CEBU CITY, Philippines — A 44-year-old man was arrested in a pre-dawn police operation in Danao Metropolis, Cebu on Tuesday, April 21 after the authorities caught him allegedly manufacturing firearms inside an open hut in Barangay Masaba. Police performed the operation at 2:20 a.m. after receiving a tip from a involved citizen who reported that the suspect had been manufacturing firearms.
