
BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 27. The U.S. Central
Command (CENTCOM) introduced that it had launched strikes on Iranian
territory in response to an assault on a business vessel within the
Strait of Hormuz.
Based on CENTCOM, U.S. plane struck Iranian missile and
drone storage amenities, in addition to coastal radar installations.
The operation adopted Iran’s June 25 assault on the
Singapore-flagged cargo vessel M/V Ever Pretty utilizing kamikaze
drones.
CENTCOM said that the assault on the civilian vessel
constituted a violation of the ceasefire and the precept of
freedom of navigation. The command added that U.S. forces will
proceed to make sure the safety of business transport transiting
the Strait of Hormuz and monitor Iran’s compliance with the
agreements.
