Anger is mounting in Venezuela after the navy barred residents from coming into zones devastated by Wednesday’s twin earthquakes. As Teresa Bo explains, 1000’s of individuals have travelled to assist rescue victims, not trusting the federal government to avoid wasting survivors in time.
