JAKARTA, ninth July, 2026 (WAM) — Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Defence, Inside, and International Affairs Committee on the Federal Nationwide Council (FNC), has met Marwan Dasopang, Chairman, Fee VIII – Non secular Affairs, Social Affairs, Girls’s Empowerment and Youngster Safety, and Catastrophe Administration on the Home of Representatives of Indonesia (DPR RI), to debate methods to strengthen parliamentary cooperation.

The assembly, held in Jakarta and attended by Abdulla Salem AlDhaheri, UAE Ambassador to Indonesia, highlighted the function of parliaments and their specialised committees in selling moderation, tolerance and coexistence, and fostering dialogue amongst cultures and religions to help regional and worldwide peace and safety.

Al Nuaimi stated the UAE and Indonesia shared a longstanding strategy primarily based on moderation and respect for range, stressing the significance of parliamentary establishments in selling the values of human fraternity, dialogue and mutual understanding, whereas reinforcing a average discourse that advances tolerance, coexistence and public consciousness.

Dasopang reaffirmed the Indonesian Home of Representatives’ dedication to strengthening cooperation with the FNC, significantly between the related parliamentary committees, in help of the shared pursuits of the 2 nations and their peoples.
