The inaugural Diski 18 delegation has formally kicked off in South Africa, launching a week-long people-to-people trade that makes use of soccer to strengthen the long-standing partnership between the Harei Yehuda-Beit Shemesh area in Israel and the South African Jewish neighborhood.
