- NYC is funding a Cornell Tech mission tied to Israel’s Technion. New York Metropolis Council Speaker Julie Menin and different officers introduced on Wednesday a $250,000 funding in a Cornell Tech initiative geared toward increasing town’s tree protection, the Jerusalem Information Syndicate reported. Cornell Tech is a partnership between Cornell College in Ithaca and the Technion-Israel Institute of Know-how in Haifa, Israel.
