Adviser to Prime Minister on Political Affairs Rana Sanaullah on Saturday mentioned that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) requires simply six extra seats to safe a two-thirds majority in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).

The PML-N chief made the remarks whereas addressing a public rally in Bagh district of AJK forward of the third section of elections in Poonch division. Poonch Division includes 11 constituencies — three in Bagh, one in Haveli, 5 in Poonch and two in Sudhnoti district.

Below the revised schedule issued by the AJK Election Fee, polls will probably be held in Bagh and Haveli districts on August 10. The electoral watchdog mentioned it’s going to announce the brand new polling dates for Poonch and Sudhnoti after reviewing the scenario.

The PML-N has emerged because the dominant celebration in AJK following the primary two phases of the area’s elections. The PML-N has gained 24 seats, whereas the PPP has secured 10.

Addressing the general public rally at this time, Sanaullah hoped that the PML-N will win all 4 seats on August 10.

Taking a dig at Pakistan Peoples Social gathering (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, who has been repeatedly saying over the previous couple of days that the countdown has begun for the PML-N authorities within the Centre, Sanaullah mentioned: “These counting down will themselves be straightened out, and so will their depend.”

Talking on the event, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Amir Muqam reiterated that the PML-N will kind a authorities within the AJK with a two-thirds majority.

In the meantime, the AJK chief election commissioner mentioned at this time that when the problem of the sit-ins is resolved, they’d be able to announce the polling date for Rawalakot throughout the subsequent seven days.

The election marketing campaign for the third section of the AJK Legislative Meeting elections ends at midnight tonight, he added.

A day earlier, Bilawal mentioned that the PML-N was mistaken in believing it could kind the federal government in AJK, saying: “Actually, their [PML-N’s] authorities in Islamabad can also be in danger.”

He reiterated that the countdown for the PML-N authorities has began, including that “it was began by their very own individuals.”

He mentioned: “A sure part of the PML-N needs Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to struggle together with his allies,” including that the true struggle is one thing else.

Referring to alleged rifts throughout the Sharif household, the PPP chief mentioned: “The actual struggle is between Islamabad and Lahore. That is the household’s personal downside.”
