SINGAPORE: Lower than per week after Xinmin Secondary College in Hougang was evacuated attributable to a bomb menace on Aug 13, a 15-year-old lady has been arrested.

The August 13 bomb hoax

At 8:20 a.m on Aug 13, the police advised the media that they have been alerted relating to “a possible bomb menace” at Xinmin Secondary College.
